The rules that apply when you order a ZORULAB product.

ZORULAB sells 3D-printed NFC keychains. Product photos show the intended appearance, but small differences in colour and surface texture may occur because each piece is manufactured individually.
Orders and payment
Before payment, checkout shows the selected products, quantity, delivery method, delivery price and total price. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The order becomes binding after successful payment confirmation.
NFC setup
Personal keychains are supplied blank or programmed with the link entered by the customer. They remain rewritable. The customer is responsible for the content and legality of any destination written to the NFC chip.
Preparation and delivery
Paid standard orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. The delivery estimate starts when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Current destinations, options and charges are listed in the Shipping Policy.
Legal conformity and complaints
Products must match the agreed description and remain subject to all mandatory consumer guarantees. If an item is damaged, defective or different from the order, contact us with the order number and photographs so that repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund can be arranged as required by law.
Alternative dispute resolution
If we reject a request for remedy or do not answer within 30 days, an eligible consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) or another authorised ADR body.
Applicable rules
These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under Slovak or EU consumer law.
Questions about an order, return or privacy request should include the order number but never card details, passwords or API keys.
